Below is the current list of companies who are authorized to process personal data as sub-processors for the DataProtected Tools Suite, SafePorter LLC, and SafePorter Secure Limited. The list below sets out the entities, the addresses, the processing they are used for, and the data transfer mechanisms in place. SafePorter performs due diligence on the technical and organizational security measures of all sub-processors, and does not engage with sub-processors who have not committed in writing to strict obligations regarding their security controls and the protection of personal data.

SafePorter will notify clients in advance of any changes to sub-processors using this article by providing email notice to the Lever administrator contact. Clients and Survey Participants may provide reasonable objection to SafePorter by email to privacy@safeportersecure.com in accordance with the relevant Agreement with SafePorter . PLEASE NOTE: Survey Participant personal data is only processed by AWS, from this list, unless a Data Subject Access Request is submitted, at which point Google, LLC is also a Sub-Processor.
